Terms of Service

By accessing or using SpacesAI ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.
• You must notify us immediately at support@spacesai.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transcribe content you do not have the right to record or process.
• Violate any applicable law, including privacy, wiretapping, or intellectual property laws.
• Harass, defame, or harm any individual using transcripts generated by the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your plan limits.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without a written agreement.

You are solely responsible for obtaining any consents required to process the audio content you submit.

You retain all ownership of the content you submit. By submitting audio URLs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.

Transcripts generated from your submissions are yours. SpacesAI does not claim ownership of transcript output.

The SpacesAI platform, branding, and underlying software remain our exclusive property.

• Some plans are prepaid with credits. Each credit allows transcription of one Space, regardless of duration.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Subscription plans renew automatically on the billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Due to the nature of AI processing costs incurred per job, used credits are non-refundable. If you experience a processing failure caused by a confirmed bug on our side, credits will be restored to your account.

For subscription charges, refunds may be issued at our discretion for the unused portion of a billing period if requested within 7 days of the charge. Contact support@spacesai.app with your request.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Deepgram, Stripe, hosting), or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruption. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that transcripts will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific professional purpose (legal, medical, journalistic, or otherwise). You should independently verify any transcript before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpacesAI and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid credits on a pro-rata basis.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpacesAI is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
